Magnesium calcium brick

Made from high-quality synthetic magnesia-calcium sand, the CaO/MgO ratio is tailored to specific application environments. Utilizing a waterless binder, it undergoes high-temperature firing followed by vacuum pressure impregnation with asphalt or paraffin. It exhibits outstanding high-temperature performance and slag resistance. Characterized by its ability to maintain clean molten steel, it is widely used as a refining ladle lining for producing ultra-low carbon steel and stainless steel, as well as for AOD converter linings and RH furnace linings in stainless steel production.
