Tundish coating material

Tundish coating material has the characteristics of simple construction, long service life, excellent slag erosion resistance, easy disintegration after use and no pollution of molten steel. At present, it has become the preferred tundish lining material for most steel mills.

Tundish coating material is made of high-quality magnesia, magnesia-calcium sand, dolomite, etc. as the main raw materials, and is carefully developed by using reasonable particle gradation, binding agent, plasticizer, water reducing agent and explosion-proof agent.
