Aluminum-magnesium carbon bricks

Aluminum-magnesium-carbon bricks, manufactured using Al₂O₃ (corundum, high-quality calcined bauxite, homogenized bauxite, and andalusite) and MgO (electrofused magnesia, sintered magnesia) with graphite as raw materials, exhibit resistance to molten steel erosion. They feature low thermal conductivity and excellent heat retention properties, along with appropriate residual expansion, ensuring good integrity of the brickwork. Widely used for ladle walls and bottoms.
