Magnesium carbon brick

The operating environment for existing ladles has changed, with many refining processes now requiring completion within the ladle itself. Ladles undergo refining processes in LF furnaces, VD furnaces, RH furnaces, etc. The slag line of the ladle must withstand the radiation of the electric arc, chemical and mechanical erosion from argon agitating the slag, as well as prolonged high-temperature immersion and melting damage from molten steel and slag. Therefore, magnesium-carbon bricks and slag line bricks suitable for different refining equipment and process conditions must be designed and manufactured.
